Sales Development Associate
BossTek – Peoria, IL
BossTek is looking for energetic self-starters, who are interested in gaining valuable sales experience, to join our team!


Key Responsibilities of the Sales Development Associate:

Product and industry/application expertise: Become familiar with BossTek products and industry/applications we serve, and establish subject matter expertise.
Lead generation: Find potential sales leads through several lead generation tools.
Data validation: Maintain lead and customer records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Sales support: Work closely with the sales team to engage customers and obtain sales, including making initial contact with leads via telephone.
Qualifications:

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be a quick learner and self-motivated
Must be team-oriented and interested in working as part of a group
